NTC-M RECOGNIZES 9 SERVICE AWARDEES

   Every year, NTC-M recognize its employees who have made a 5-year mark and more with the company. This way, employees who have chosen to stay and grow with the company will feel that their work is  valued and appreciated. 

   Employee recognition is a constant practice in NTC-M to give employees a sense of ownership and belonging in their place of work. It also improves morale and enhances their loyalty for the company. And aside from building a supportive work environment, it increases employee motivation for work and considered to improve retention rate. 

   Last January 17, in a simple yet  sincere and heartfelt ceremony, 9 of NTC-M employees were awarded and recognized for their long years of service, dedication and contributions to the success of the Norwegian Training Center - Manila.
