VIVID IMAGES OF SUCCESS; UCLM's 4th Commencement and 6th Recognition Ceremonies

The University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue has successfully conducted their 4th commencement and 6th recognition ceremonies for NSA Philippines Cadets Batch 2014 with full  attendance of key personnel from the maritime industry, NSA and non-NSA members. 

NTC-M's  very own Managing Director, Capt. Erik Freberg Blom shared an inspirational message for the graduates. Highlights of the celebration include the awarding of plaque of appreciation to NSA Cadets who were on-board during the relief operations for the Yolanda victims and recognition of one of the board topnotchers from the NSA graduates.
