Last December 2018, Norwegian Training Center, had the chance to donate 36 Cadetship Program Personal Computers to the underprivileged but very talented kids and youth of Our Lady of Victory Training Center and Samahan ng may iba't ibang kakayahan sa Dabaw with the help of DMMA College of Southern Philippines.
